We provide a wide variety of home inspection services including residential, new construction, light commercial, pre-listing, and more. We offer full-service convenience by also providing many ancillary services including radon testing, level 2 chimney inspections, visual sewer scopes, and more. We serve home buyers, home sellers, investors, and real estate agents, and aim to provide the best service in the industry!
Position Overview
We are seeking a person who loves to learn new skills and enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This position works in the field performing various ancillary services, providing excellent customer service to our clients and Realtor Partners, and communicating with our scheduling team. Our field team is the core of our business, setting us apart both in our technical proficiency and in our relationship-oriented approach to the services we provide.

Service Tech Position Summary
- Train and become certified in a variety of ancillary services including: Radon testing, visual sewer scopes, well yield testing, water testing, mold testing, lead paint testing, asbestos testing, etc.
- Responsible for driving to and completing all services on their assigned route, with frequent communications to scheduling team, clients, and Realtors regarding property access issues, timing updates, and service reports.
- Maintain licensing and certification and provide annual reporting as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Be an analytical and logical thinker, able maintain composure in stressful situations

- Be a great communicator, on the phone, in person, and written
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and many changes throughout the day
- Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Comfortable using computers and Google/Microsoft suites of products

- Punctual
- A High School graduate
- Pass a background check
- Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
- Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)
