MARFI Systems Inc. is seeking self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to learn about our cutting-edge AI-powered products and help promote them to potential customers. This role offers a generous commission rate on top of a competitive hourly wage, and is a foot-in-the-door opportunity that can turn into contract-to-hire employment and career growth for the right person(s).

OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Representative, you will be the FIRST point of contact many people will have ever had with our company. You will represent MARFI and make the first impression, provide an initial introduction on our software and solutions, and work to solve the customers needs, which may require research and, at times, Googling...research is your friend, and experience is what you gain from these endeavors. You will work with a diverse and talented team of IT and Sales professionals who are remotely available to help troubleshoot, research and resolve complex problems and provide timely solutions to our current and perspective clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong "get IT done" attitude, a passion for helping others, and a hunger and eagerness to learn more, grow and WIN sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn about MARFI Systems' products and services
• Source leads & network to establish new qualified customers
• Build & maintain relationships with current & perspective clients
• Meet & exceed sales targets, with generous commissions & career growth potential
• Provide excellent customer service at all times with all persons you engage with
• Maintain rigorous note taking and processes within our CRM & VoIP systems to meet compliance requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong sales skills and a drive to meet & exceed targets
• Ability to learn about technical products and explain them to customers
• No excuses or bubble-wrapped handholding...Coffee is for closers! Get IT done.
