MARFI Systems is seeking passionate, motivated & technically skilled IT Helpdesk Agents to join our dynamic team. As an IT Helpdesk Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support & assistance to our clients. This is a REMOTE contractor position, with the opportunity to turn into a contract-to-hire employment.

OVERVIEW:

As an IT Helpdesk Agent, you will be the escalation point of contact for any IT-related issues or inquiries after our clients have engaged our LAUNCHPAD AI helpdesk. You will troubleshoot problems, provide guidance on software and hardware issues, and work on more complex issues, which may require research and, at times, Googling...research is your friend, and experience is what you gain from these endeavors. You will work with a diverse and talented team of IT professionals who are remotely available to help troubleshoot and resolve complex problems and provide timely solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, a passion for helping others, and a hunger and eagerness to learn more and grow their Cyber & IT knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients with complex, diverse IT issues
• Respond to automated alerts & notifications
• Work with a diverse team to resolve problems
• Remotely manage diverse, numerous devices
• Engage with a variety of people at our clients
• Use our cutting-edge AI powered IT toolkit
• Help with IT projects and initiatives as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency with a wide-range of devices, including PC & MAC
• Moderate or better understanding of networking systems
• Strong knowledge of diverse software & SaaS systems
• Understanding of Cloud computing & IaaS / PaaS
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Ability to work interdependently & asynchronously
