Substitute Teacher (K-12)

MCA is seeking reliable, faith-driven Substitute Teachers to support students in grades K-12 when regular teachers are unavailable. This role is vital in maintaining both academic excellence and a Christ-centered classroom environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver lessons based on teacher-provided plans
• Supervise students in classrooms and common areas
• Uphold Christian values in behavior and instruction- supporting education with theology, and provide pastoral support to students as needed
• Communicate clearly with staff and administration
• Ensure a safe, respectful learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
• K-12 Teaching/classroom experience (preferred)
• Active Christian faith and alignment with school’s mission
• Ability to teach students, with high level of classroom management skills
• Dependable, flexible, and servant-hearted
