You'll partner closely with our account managers, who'll bring you client briefs and brand direction, and you'll get to flex your creative range across a variety of clients and projects. Description

What You'll Do

  • Take direction and briefs from account managers and execute design work that's accurate to each client's brand guidelines, voice, and visual standards
  • Design marketing materials across email, social media, paid ads, presentations/decks, and websites for a range of client brands
  • Design print material for client events including brochures, info cards, signage, booth materials, and other reference materials
  • Edit and produce video content, from social clips to longer-form pieces like webinars, for client brands
  • Build and update web pages or landing pages within client website platforms
  • Help keep each client's brand consistent and polished across every touchpoint
  • Manage a mix of projects and deadlines, moving comfortably between different brands and styles
  • Occasionally support new brand development work for clients undergoing a rebrand or launch
  • Bring ideas to the table, we love designers who notice opportunities to make client work even better


What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)
  • A portfolio that shows range: branding, print, digital/social, ad creative, and ideally some web and video work (bonus points for work spanning multiple distinct client brands or styles)
  • A knack for picking up someone else's brand guidelines quickly and running with them
  • Confidence working independently from a creative brief


Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro for video/motion)
  • Working knowledge of typical website platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace) enough to build/edit pages independently
  • Understanding of platform-specific design specs (social, ads, email) and print production basics (bleed, color profiles, file prep for print vendors)


Work Style

  • Excellent communicator who works smoothly with account managers, asks clarifying questions on briefs, and flags issues before they become problems
  • Takes pride in polished, on-brand work and the small details that make design feel professional
  • Comfortable moving between several clients and brand styles
  • Collaborative and open to feedback
  • Genuinely cares about craft and brand fidelity, even when it's not their own brand


Nice to Have

  • Agency or studio experience managing creative across multiple client accounts
  • Experience designing for trade show/event environments specifically
