Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of hair services including (but not limited to) cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and texture services
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Uphold salon standards for hygiene, safety, and client service

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license in Chicago, IL
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience behind the chair
• Skilled in working with a wide range of hair types and textures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
