This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the steady, reliable point of contact for customers, can work independently, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This is not a call-center role and not a commission-only sales role.

Recurring Services | Flexible Schedule

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote — Local Only)


Schedule & Flexibility

  • Remote work and occasional in-person meetings with team members or customers around the Phoenix metro area
  • Approximately 3–5 hours per day
  • Work hours are flexible and can be structured around your day
  • Most work is completed between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM
  • No early mornings required
  • Availability during standard business hours is important for customer responsiveness


Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Manage recurring service scheduling and adjustments
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Resolve service questions and issues professionally
  • Identify opportunities to expand recurring services
  • Respond to inbound service requests and coordinate assessments
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in account management, customer operations, or commercial services
  • Comfortable handling customer conversations and judgment-based decisions
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Digitally fluent (Google Workspace; Jobber experience a plus)
  • Must be based in Greater Phoenix


Compensation

  • $26–28/hour, part-time
  • Hours: ~15–25 hours per week
  • Account Growth Bonus (Recurring Services Only)
  • One-time services are part of core hourly responsibilities
