Recurring Services | Flexible Schedule
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote — Local Only)
Schedule & Flexibility
- Remote work and occasional in-person meetings with team members or customers around the Phoenix metro area
- Approximately 3–5 hours per day
- Work hours are flexible and can be structured around your day
- Most work is completed between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM
- No early mornings required
- Availability during standard business hours is important for customer responsiveness
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Manage recurring service scheduling and adjustments
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Resolve service questions and issues professionally
- Identify opportunities to expand recurring services
- Respond to inbound service requests and coordinate assessments
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, customer operations, or commercial services
- Comfortable handling customer conversations and judgment-based decisions
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Digitally fluent (Google Workspace; Jobber experience a plus)
- Must be based in Greater Phoenix
Compensation
- $26–28/hour, part-time
- Hours: ~15–25 hours per week
- Account Growth Bonus (Recurring Services Only)
- One-time services are part of core hourly responsibilities
