OUR MISSION
To make sure no woman falls through the cracks in the seasons that change her life — by delivering mental health care that reads the whole picture: her symptoms, her hormones, her circumstances, and the season she's in.
OUR VISION
A world where women's mental health care is built for women — specialized, accessible within days not months, and connected across her hormonal, physical, and emotional health — and where Mamaya is the definitive name in it. Because it's never just hormones.
HOW WE WORK (our operating values)
- The season, not just the symptom. Context is clinical. We ask about the waitlist, the loss, the return to work — because conditions shape mental health as much as chemistry does.
- Within the week, not within the quarter. Speed of access is a clinical value and a company habit — we move fast because women in hard seasons can't wait.
- Whole people work here. Our founder pitched investors with her daughter on her hip. Kids appear in our meetings. We don't ask anyone to leave their life at the door — we built a company proving you don't have to.
- Measured, not assumed. From clinical outcomes (83,000+ assessments) to weekly scorecards, we let real numbers tell us the truth — and we change course when they do.
- The village is the model. Providers, partners, teammates — we grow through relationships genuinely tended, not transactions.
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU…
- Care about the mission personally — most of us have lived a version of the seasons we serve
- Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks — you'd rather own a number than await instructions
- Move comfortably in a fast-growing company where priorities evolve and building the process IS the job
- Bring warmth and rigor — we're kind and we're measured; both, always
- Tell the truth early — about risks, misses, and what you need
