Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year

Job Overview:

Make Your Turn is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our private practice team. As a Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans

- Provide individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices

- Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress throughout the therapeutic process

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards

- Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Bachelor's OK in Ohio.

- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a therapist in Ohio and/or Michigan

- Experience working in a private practice setting preferred but not a must

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care
