The Education Programs Manager (EPM) is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating MAKE’s various educational and training programs for both the community as well as program participants. This role involves overseeing the planning, outreach, coordination, and delivery of MAKE’s farm education programs including school field trips, summer camp program and community program days (i.e. Fun Farm Saturdays). This role also supports and oversees the design, implementation and evaluation of MAKE’s work experience and job/career readiness training programs to ensure high-quality service delivery and training effectiveness. The MAKE team is a small, tightly-woven team and each staff member also spends about 20% of their time providing backfilling and supporting each other to ensure continuous business operations and participant programming throughout the year. The ideal candidate is excited to bring their education expertise to MAKE and just as enthusiastic to learn about farming, cooking and being part of our business operations team as needed!

Compensation and Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position at $68,640 with paid time off, paid sick leave, and medical/dental/vision health insurance plans. MAKE Projects also offers a matching 401k retirement plan.
