Office Admin Manager — Maintenance Unlimited Heating & Cooling

Maintenance Unlimited Heating & Cooling is a growing HVAC company in the Atlanta metro area. We've been in business since 2001. We work with homeowners, businesses, and property management companies across the region. We need an Office Admin Manager to run the front end of our operation so our techs can stay in the field and our customers get taken care of.
What you'll do:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Dispatch technicians and manage the daily job board in Jobber
- Follow up with customers on quotes, invoices, and payments
- Keep customer records and job notes accurate and current
- Manage our CRM (GoHighLevel) for follow-ups and reviews
- Handle vendor orders and basic office supply management
- Support the owner with reporting and day-to-day admin tasks
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of office admin or dispatch experience, HVAC or trades industry preferred
- Comfortable on the phone with customers, calm under pressure
- Organized and able to juggle multiple jobs and schedules at once
- Basic computer skills, experience with Jobber or a similar field service software is a plus
- Reliable, on time, and able to work independently
