Job Title: Mid-Level HVAC Service & Install Technician (Residential & Commercial)
Maintenance Unlimited Heating & Cooling is hiring a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Georgia. We need a professional with a Georgia warm air license or the ability to obtain one soon. You will handle everything from residential split systems to light commercial rooftop units.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform full installations and change-outs for residential and commercial equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and refrigeration issues on diverse brands like Daikin, Trane, and Carrier.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity.
- Identify system improvements and present repair or replacement options to customers.
- Maintain accurate digital records of work orders and parts used.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of field experience in both service and installation.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues and close on-site sales.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
