Our company provides in-home ABA services to the neurodivergent community and their families. We are a non-profit that serves underrepresented populations as well as those who may not have the necessary funds for therapy. We are women-owned and are governed by a diverse board of directors, representing the queer community as well as minorities. We take employee feedback regularly and pride ourselves on our work culture.

We are looking for someone who is interested in pursuing this career long term. The ideal candidate would be between 25 and 40 years old, be open to learning and personal growth, and accept feedback as a necessary part of learning. Patience, respect and a passion for the neurodivergent community and their families is also a necessity.

The RBT will be responsible for implementing a treatment plan with an individual and their family. They will also be collecting data about the client's goals. They will write session notes at the end of the session and have meetings with a supervisor at least once per month.
