A Little Bit About Us: Maid Different LLC is a local concierge and cleaning business that services residential and vacation properties throughout Dutchess, Ulster, and Columbia Counties. We are seeking one or two Cleaning Stewards to work in Ulster and Columbia counties.

A Little Bit About The Job: A typical day in this role will be between the hours of 7am and 5pm, some days may be shorter or longer than others based on the needs of the properties and their projects but work hours will always be within this time frame. Your job duties will include wiping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for styling, arranging, and straightening up furniture, closets, pillows, beds, etc. You can expect to travel between one and three properties each workday and may work alone or in a team, depending on the needs of the projects and properties.

Who We Are Looking For: We are hiring individuals who are positive, have integrity, are trustworthy, respectful, and willing to learn. Being active, hands-on, and detail-oriented will be beneficial. Experience in cleaning, staging, and organizing is not required as we provide training.

What Will Be Required Of You:

- Must be available between 20-30 hours a week, Monday through Sunday

- Valid Driver's License

- Reliable and insured vehicle

- Cell phone

- Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

- Must pass a national background check

Work Location: You will be driving around the county you are assigned, dispatching from your home to work sites. We service all of the Hudson Valley as well as Massachusetts and Connecticut so we will look at the location you live in and base that on where we place you.
