Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process client paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize, track, and maintain client documents using DocuSign and internal systems.
  • Prepare conference rooms before client meetings and ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Keep the office fully stocked with snacks, beverages, office supplies, and other essentials.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, mail, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support advisors and the operations team with projects and day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Jump in wherever needed to help keep the office running efficiently.


Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and professionalism.
  • Quick learner with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms.
  • Prior experience working in an office environment.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in-office full-time.
  • Experience in a financial firm is preferred but not required.

Compensation
