Required Job Tasks:

  • Model a motivational tone with high level of optimism
  • Attend realtor networking events
  • Plan and host Magnolia sponsored social events
  • Collaborate to sponsor brokerage lunch and learns
  • Keep an updated Sales CRM
  • When necessary, travel to Brokerages in our service areas outside Nashville: Mt. Juliet, Franklin, Columbia and Murfreesboro

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer relations or sales experience
  • Competitive and coachable spirit
  • Consummate Networker
  • Excels at written and oral communication
  • Skillful communicator
  • Strong computer skills including CRM management
  • 4-year college degree preferred or proven history of success selling
