Description

Magnolia Health is growing again and we’re looking for the right PMHNP to join our team. We’re a busy, community-centered primary care and behavioral health clinic that prides itself on compassionate care, strong patient relationships, and a work culture that actually feels good to be part of.

This role starts part-time with the intention of growing into full-time as the panel expands. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule with both in-clinic and telehealth hours, perfect for a provider looking for balance, stability, and the opportunity to grow with a thriving practice.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, and follow-up care for adolescents and adults
  • Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team including primary care, mental health therapy, and care coordination
  • Document care using our EMR in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in patient-centered treatment planning and continuity of care discussions
  • Deliver care both onsite and via telehealth, depending on schedule and patient needs


What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in North Carolina
  • Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred (new graduates considered with strong clinical background)
  • Comfortable seeing patients independently with support available
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Interest in long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
  • A team-oriented provider who values collaboration and a community-focused practice environment
