About the Role

As a Home Repair Technician, you’ll combine trade-level expertise with a customer-first mindset. Your work will involve general residential repairs, and regular interaction with residents, property managers, and teammates. Your professionalism in someone’s home matters just as much as the quality of your repairs.

Professional Customer Interaction

• Perform a wide range of general home repairs including light plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall and electrical tasks.
• Conduct inspections and identify repair needs or safety concerns.
• Collaborate on full-unit make ready projects with efficiency and pride.

Customer Service & Communication

• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, clients, and coworkers.
• Communicate clearly—whether answering questions or setting expectations.
• Leave every job site better than you found it—physically and professionally.
• Represent the Magic Make Readies brand with integrity, courtesy, and pride.

Teamwork & Operations

• Keep workspaces safe, clean, and organized.
• Track and maintain tools and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Report opportunities for additional services or chargebacks.

• Experienced trade professional
• Personable, courteous, and professional—especially in occupied homes.
• Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Skilled at time management, task prioritization, and client communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
