Full Time Pest Control Technician

Pay Range: $36,000-$ 40,000 (based on experience)

Schedule: 5 days a week . Monday-Friday

Sales commission is available as well.

Job Details:

• Techs are allowed to take home their company vehicle after they have completed training.
• Techs are expected to perform residential and mosquito services.
• Additional value is placed on techs who can also perform commercial and termite services.
• Our termite team does not handle unreasonable crawlspaces.
• Time off is very flexible, allowing technicians to maintain a strong work-life balance.
• Our office staff handles all scheduling for technicians, so you can focus on your work in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify and assess pest issues.
• Implement effective pest control plans tailored to customer needs.
• Apply treatments, set traps, and seal entry points using proper tools and techniques.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and provide recommendations for long-term management.
• Keep accurate records of services, treatments, and findings.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous pest control experience preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable using technology and mobile apps for scheduling and reporting.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
