Part-Time Pest Control Technician

Pay Range: $15–$16 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 2–3 days per week, Monday–Friday

Additional Compensation: Sales commissions are available.

• Technicians may take their company vehicle home after completing training.
• Technicians perform residential pest control and mosquito services.
• Additional consideration is given to technicians who can also perform commercial and termite services.
• Our termite team does not handle unreasonable crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify and assess pest issues.
• Develop and carry out effective pest control plans based on customer needs.
• Apply treatments, set traps, and seal entry points using the proper tools and techniques.
• Educate customers about pest prevention and recommend long-term management solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of services, treatments, and findings.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous pest control experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using technology and mobile apps for scheduling and reporting.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
