Magic City Pest Control LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pelham, AL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $17 per hour plus commission, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will assist them with inquiries, provide information about our services, and address any concerns or issues they may have. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain our reputation for excellence in customer service, and prevent customer cancellations.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone call, email, or text

- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions

- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests

- Listen attentively to customer concerns and proactively address potential issues to prevent cancellations

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database

- Collaborate with our field technicians to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

- Utilize problem-solving skills to offer appropriate solutions and alternatives to prevent cancellations

- Stay updated on industry knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential cancellation concerns

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Proficient computer skills

- Ability to manage time effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
