WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Working behind the chair while continuing to refine your technical skills

• Delivering elevated, thoughtful client experiences

• Participating in ongoing education, real-time coaching, and mentorship

• Developing your voice as a stylist within a collaborative team environment

• Building and maintaining a loyal clientele with structure and support

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of behind-the-chair experience

• A valid NYS cosmetology license

• Strong technical skills in both cut and color

• Openness to feedback, growth, and continued education

• A collaborative mindset and respect for an inclusive, professional culture
