The Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team! This person will report directly to our Chief Product Officer and will:


  • Own the technical execution of Lynx’s product vision by designing scalable APIs, integrations, and platform solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Design and manage RESTful APIs, including authentication, payload structures, error handling, and integration workflows.
  • Create technical product requirements, API documentation, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the technical product expert for internal teams, merchants, partners, and developers by explaining platform capabilities and integration requirements.
  • Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions for new features, merchant onboarding, and platform enhancements.
  • Manage and prioritize the technical product backlog to align engineering efforts with business goals.
  • Define testing requirements, success metrics, and product acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Partner with QA and engineering teams to support integration testing, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
  • Support Merchant Expansion initiatives by improving onboarding flows, integrations, and operational tooling.
  • Manage APL-related technical workflows, system enhancements, and operational processes.
  • Analyze platform performance, API usage, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.


Qualifications and Experience

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 4+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or relevant software engineering experience
  • Experience working with technical teams, agile development, testing, and user stories
  • Experience working hands-on designing and testing APIs
  • Strong technical experience in JSON, XML, SQL and Postman (or similar)
  • Domain expertise in consumer payments, healthcare, and Software-as-a-service.  Even better if you have experience in commercial banking products, Consumer Directed Health Accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA), or banking-as-a-service
  • Experience using Atlassian suite of products including Jira, Aha, and others
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with an engineering or technical discipline
  • You are a self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, takes initiative with minimal direction, and understands concepts quickly

Salary

$130,000 - $160,000 per year
