Lynx Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis Remote · Full time

We are looking for a Manager (or Director depending on experience level) of Financial Planning and Analysis who will support Lynx’s growth strategy by creating and supporting financial and operational discipline. This person will report to our Head of Strategy and will be responsible for:

  • Leading and maintaining an effective strategic planning and budgeting process for the business
  • Collaborating with commercial teams to maintain a revenue forecast
  • Own pricing and profitability models, working closely with commercial leaders to present compelling and responsible proposals to potential clients
  • Working closely with accounting teams to close the books monthly and prepare relevant and actionable takeaways for business leaders
  • Lead AR and AP to ensure timely flow of funds
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to inform strategy, operations, and product teams


Qualifications and Experience

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5-7 years FP&A experience at a SaaS or similar technology company
  • BS/BA or equivalent in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Expert in financial modeling, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in pricing and revenue strategy
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Experience working in a fast growing and changing environment

$100,000 - $155,000 per year
