Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to support both our retail storefront and online store operations. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience—whether in person or online—while helping drive sales, fulfill orders, and maintain brand standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and enjoys both customer interaction and behind-the-scenes work.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, sizing, and product selection
• Provide product knowledge, including custom apparel options
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
• Support opening and closing procedures

Online Store & Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor and respond to basic customer inquiries (order status, product questions)
• Assist with processing custom orders and ensuring details are correct
• Update order statuses and track shipments
• Help manage inventory between online and in-store stock

Brand & Sales Support

• Promote new arrivals, drops, and custom collections
• Assist with preparing for product launches and preorders
• Support light content creation (photos/videos for social media if needed)
• Encourage repeat business through strong customer engagement

Qualifications

• Previous retail, e-commerce, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic online platforms
• Strong attention to detail (especially for custom orders)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and shift between customer-facing and operational tasks
• Reliable and punctual

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time (10–25 hours per week) - Thursday availability a plus
• Must be available for weekends and occasional evenings

Preferred Attributes

• Interest in fashion, branding, or custom apparel
• Familiarity with social media (Instagram, TikTok)
• Experience with packaging/shipping or small business operations
