Description

The Debt Protection Administrator oversees and supports the administration of Debt Protection and Group Mortgage accounts, working closely with marketing to ensure accurate, timely partner management. This role serves as a primary user and administrator of FourPoint, the company's web-based platform for debt protection and mortgage account management.


This role works across contract drafting, system administration, partner onboarding, and documentation management. Reports to the Agent Services V.P.


Responsibilities

  • Draft, customize, and maintain agreements and issue contractual liability policies for Debt Protection partners
  • Draft, customize, and maintain debt protection waiver agreements for each partner
  • Maintain the FourPoint user database, including additions, updates, and deletions
  • Test calculations of premiums or fees
  • Update debt protection waivers and group mortgage insurance documentation for automated delivery via the system
  • Participate in weekly onboarding calls with new debt protection accounts
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
