Description

Key Responsibilities:


Contract Management

  • Review, edit and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, TPA, MGA, confidentiality, and services agreements.
  • Maintain and administer the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and systems
  • Track contract obligations, renewal dates, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on contract negotiation and execution

Corporate Governance Support

  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of corporate records, including board and committee minutes, resolutions, and governance documents
  • Support entity management, including maintaining corporate minute books and organizational documents
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings, including preparing materials and managing logistics
  • Assist with regulatory filings and corporate compliance matters

Administrative & Legal Operations Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department
  • Manage document organization, retention, and internal knowledge resources
  • Assist with due diligence efforts, audits, and regulatory inquiries
  • Support legal team projects, including policy development and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of paralegal, compliance or contract management experience, with demonstrated corporate and/or contract management experience, with strong preference for experience in the insurance industry or with an insurance-related law firm practice
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management is a plus
  • Familiarity with the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
