We are currently looking to build a pool of freelancers who can assist with filling in gaps during vacations and onboarding new clients. This role will primarily involve behind the scenes work with no client interaction necessary. At a minimum, bookkeeping experience with QBO is required. Prefer degreed accountants with experience in full month end accrual close.

Some availability during normal business hours may be required for questions, but time zones are flexible as we have employees located across various US time zones. This is a true freelance opportunity with hours varying based on our needs and your availability. For the month of July, we anticipate needing approximately 40 hours filled. Hours for August may be limited.

Our primary tech stack includes QBO, Dext, HubDoc, Uncat, and Bill.com.
