What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with personal care, medication, and daily activities.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living space.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and community outings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
- Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or GED (or relevant experience).
- Completion of a direct care training program OR at least two years of experience with vulnerable adults.
- A caring attitude, teamwork skills, and reliability.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be in good physical health (physical exam required).
- Background checks required (no violent felonies, human exploitation, or theft convictions).
- 90-day probationary period.
