What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with personal care, medication, and daily activities.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living space.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and community outings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or GED (or relevant experience).
• Completion of a direct care training program OR at least two years of experience with vulnerable adults.
• A caring attitude, teamwork skills, and reliability.

Training Provided:

• CPR / First Aid
• Medication Administration
• Resident/Recipient Rights
• Personal Care, Supervision and Protection
• Prevention and Containment of Communicable Diseases
• Person-Centered Planning
• Cultural Competency & Limited English Proficiency
• Nutrition & Food Safety

Additional Requirements:

• Must be in good physical health (physical exam required).
• Background checks required (no violent felonies, human exploitation, or theft convictions).
• 90-day probationary period.
