Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of Anthem, ensuring top-tier service, cleanliness, and ambiance
• Hire, train, and manage all FOH staff, including bartenders, barbacks, floor leads, and security
• Manage shift schedules, time-off requests, and staffing needs to optimize performance
• Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with ownership and chef partners on special events, theme nights, and menu offerings
• Monitor compliance with safety, liquor, and health codes
• Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and drive revenue growth through operational excellence
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and uphold a welcoming, inclusive environment for all
• Represent Anthem within the downtown Orlando business and LGBTQ+ communities

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a GM or AGM in a nightlife, bar, or high-volume restaurant setting
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of bar operations, scheduling software, and POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)
• Experience with opening a new venue or bar highly preferred
• Passion for LGBTQ+ community spaces and nightlife culture

Work Hours:

• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
• On-site role; schedule flexibility required for events and late-night shifts
