Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable, fast-paced Cook to support Anthem’s kitchen operations during service and events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, takes pride in consistency and cleanliness, and understands how food supports the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Support prep work including chopping, portioning, and basic food preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and prep area
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Communicate clearly with kitchen leads, bar staff, and management during service
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events and high-volume nights
• Properly store food, label items, and manage basic inventory rotation
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and special events
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
