Responsibilities:

Client and Visitor Engagement:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Ensure a positive first impression by providing excellent customer service.

Facility Management:

  • Stock facilities with food and beverages, ensuring a clean and organized appearance.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet the needs of staff and visitors.

Mail and Package Management:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients promptly.

Technological Tasks:

  • Assist with basic technological tasks, including setting up computers and troubleshooting tech issues.

Office Supplies and Equipment:

  • Track, order, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure that all necessary materials are available for daily operations.

Maintenance of Office Equipment and Appliances:

  • Perform regular checks and maintenance on office equipment and appliances.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs when necessary.

Assistance with Special Projects and Events:

  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and events.
  • Provide support in organizing and executing office-related events.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma, at minimum; additional certification or degree is a plus

- Proven experience in a similar office support role

- Basic knowledge of technology and troubleshooting skills

Punctual and reliable attendance, this position requires being onsite and is not hybrid or remote

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
