The Specialist, Marketing is a self-starter who will drive the execution of OrganaBio’s Strategic Marketing Plan. Responsibilities will include curating external marketing content and communications such as press releases, email blasts, social media posts, whitepapers, blog posts, etc. In addition, the Specialist, Marketing will drive market engagement and market share gains by increasing OrganaBio’s reach and visibility in the cell therapy industry.

Essential Functions:

·      Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with OrganaBio's business goals and drive growth in the biotechnology sector.

·      Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of OrganaBio's brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

·      Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement.

·      Stakeholder Communication: Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including senior management and other departments.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. Biology/Chemistry/Microbiology/ Engineering or related field is preferred.

Experience:  Experience in cell-based therapy and research content creation including white papers, blog content, marketing collateral, website content, etc. Experience with HubSpot Marketing a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing/producing marketing content in the biotech space, with a specific focus on cellular-based products or equipment (e.g., leukopaks, immune cells, cell tagging/sorting, etc.).

Computer Skills:

Marketing Automation Tools: Proficiency in using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to automate and manage marketing campaigns.

CRM Software: Experience with customer relationship management systems (HubSpot is preferred) to track and analyze customer interactions.

Analytics and Reporting Tools: Strong skills in using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools to measure and report on marketing performance.

Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla for managing website content.

Social Media Management Tools: Knowledge of tools to manage and analyze social media activities.

Graphic Design Software: Basic skills in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva for creating marketing materials.

Email Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in using email marketing services to design and execute email campaigns.

SEO Tools: Experience with SEO tools to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
