Longacre has been helping property owners in the Lehigh Valley area (Berks County, Montgomery County , Bucks County, Chester County) for 100+ years. Currently, we are a one-stop hub for everything related to a property (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen/bath).

What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals for kitchen and bathroom remodels.
- Execute kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish, including demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing.
- Install cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tiles, flooring, and other elements to meet design specifications and functional requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on space utilization, layout optimization, and material selection to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure all remodeling work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
What we are looking for
- Passion for your craft and the desire to be a part of a company that wants to be the best home services provider in the state.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in construction, remodeling, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in various remodeling tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, and finishing.
- Solid understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection for kitchen and bathroom remodels.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges during remodeling projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and collaboration with team members.
