Description

Psychiatric Provider — Lonerock Clinic

Eugene, Oregon | Full-Time or Part-Time | PMHNP, PA-C, or MD/DO

Modern psychiatry. Real tools. Real outcomes.

If you're tired of practicing psychiatry that feels boxed in by 15-minute med checks and a treatment menu that ends at SSRIs, keep reading.

At Lonerock Clinic, our psychiatric providers have access to the full modern toolkit: thoughtful pharmacology, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), Spravato (esketamine), IM ketamine, and more -all within a collaborative, integrative practice where you're never managing complex patients alone.

About Lonerock Clinic

We're a women-owned, LGBTQ+-inclusive practice in Eugene combining integrative primary care with psychiatry under one roof. We're REMS-certified for Spravato, deeply trained in KAP, and built on a model where prescribers, therapists, and KAP coordinators work as a real team — not a referral chain. Our colleagues read the same journals you do, and clinical conversations happen daily.

What you'll do

-       Provide psychiatric medication management to adult patients

-       Collaborate with our therapy team and KAP coordinators on integrated treatment plans

-       Participate in our ketamine, Spravato, and MOUD programs as your interest and training allow

-       Practice with appropriate panel sizes and the time to actually think between visits

-       Contribute to clinical protocols and team-wide learning

Who you are

-       Licensed PMHNP, PA-C with psychiatric experience, or MD/DO (psychiatry)

-       Oregon license and DEA in good standing

-       Curious about novel modalities and evidence-based innovation

-       A collaborator at heart — you want a team, not a solo practice

-       Patient-centered, with a steady clinical presence

What we offer

-       Competitive compensation

-       Medical, dental, and vision insurance

-       Generous PTO and paid holidays

-       CME allowance — and we'll fund training in KAP, Spravato, or other modalities you want to learn

-       401(k) with employer contribution

-       Malpractice coverage

-       A patient panel size that lets you actually practice good psychiatry

-       A team that's at the forefront of mental health care, doing the work right

Why Lonerock?

We attract clinicians who didn't go into psychiatry to write SSRIs forever. If you want to be where modern psychiatry is actually being practiced — and where your skill set will grow rather than ossify — we'd love to talk.
