We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Ketamine Therapy Team. This RN will play a key role in administering intramuscular ketamine and Spravato treatments and monitoring patients throughout their sessions. Ideal candidates will be clinically competent, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering a supportive and safe experience for patients undergoing mental health treatment.
Responsibilities
- Administer intramuscular ketamine and/or supervise Spravato treatments in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Start and maintain IV lines
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment sessions, including assessing vital signs, mental status, and physical response.
- Provide trauma-informed, empathetic support to patients during therapy sessions.
- Communicate any adverse reactions or complications promptly to the supervising provider.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (eClinicalWorks).
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
- Educate patients about what to expect before and after their sessions, including post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to stay current on ketamine protocols and mental health practices.
Qualifications

Current RN license in the State of Oregon, in good standing.

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (mental health or procedural sedation experience strongly preferred).
- BLS Certification (required); ACLS preferred.
- Comfortable working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders.
- Experience with ketamine, Spravato, or psychedelic-assisted therapy is a plus, but not required—training provided.
- Excellent clinical judgment, strong interpersonal communication, and a calm demeanor.
- Passion for mental health care and innovative treatment modalities.
Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible schedule: Part-time or Full-time, depending on candidate availability.
- Day shifts, no nights or weekends.
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Range $35-45 per hour
