Description

Lonerock Clinic is growing and seeking a professional, compassionate Patient Experience Specialist to join our front office team. This full-time role is the face of the clinic—responsible for welcoming patients, supporting a smooth front desk experience, and ensuring every person who enters our doors feels cared for and respected.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Answer phones, manage multi-line call systems, and direct inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Check in/out patients, collect copays, and verify insurance
• Accurately enter and update information in EHR
• Support administrative tasks to ensure front office efficiency
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure quality patient flow and communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred, but not required
• 1+ year working in a medical front office or administrative role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical office management is a plus
• Ability to provide culturally appropriate compassionate care to all genders, races, and ethnicities.
