Role Description: We're seeking dedicated Medical Providers to join our integrated clinic in Eugene, Oregon. Whether you're an MD/DO, PA, or NO, we're looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Part-time options: We offer flexible schedules, including 1-2 days per week, to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences.
• Contract or employed: Choose the employment arrangement that best suits your needs.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher medical license (MD, DO, PA, NP)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Oregon
• DEA license
• Strong evidence-based clinical skills
• Excellent bedside manner
• A passion for patient-centered care
