Full Time Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and fully licensed Therapist (LCSW or LMFT) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide individualized therapy to adults who have completed their initial induction phase of psychotherapy, supporting their long-term mental health, behavioral goals and sustained healing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing Clinical Caseload: Maintain a designated caseload of clients post-induction, delivering evidence-based therapy to address complex mental health and behavioral challenges.
• Assessments & Intakes: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Treatment Planning: Develop, monitor, and update individualized, measurable, and goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Clinical Interventions: Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, Family systems)
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care regularly with prescribing medical provider and administrative teams to ensure client safety and treatment efficacy.
• Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical notes and records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Trauma-Informed Care: Extensive demonstrated experience utilizing trauma-informed approaches and treating complex trauma, PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, and anxiety disorders.
• Clinical Competencies: Proven experience in conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, formulating diagnoses, developing structured treatment plans, and executing effective clinical interventions.
• Skills: Strong boundaries, high emotional intelligence, excellent crisis management skills, and comfort working in an integrative medical/psychiatric environment.
