Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to offer therapeutic and medical massage in a clinical setting, working collaboratively with medical providers to support whole-body healing.

This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility—you’ll have the freedom to create your own schedule and build a client base within an established healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to individual client needs and clinical goals
• Collaborate with clinic providers to support patient care plans, especially for chronic pain, stress, anxiety, PTSD, and musculoskeletal issues
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness strategies as appropriate
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote massage therapy services within the clinic and the broader community

Qualifications

• Current Oregon licensure as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Experience or interest in working in a medical/clinical environment
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule
• Bonus: Experience with trauma-informed care
