We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The LCSW will provide individual therapy sessions to clients, addressing a range of mental health and behavioral issues for adults. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Assess clients using standardized assessment tools.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Provide crisis intervention and develop prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current LCSW license in the state of Oregon.
