Position Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team for 32–36 hours per week. The ideal candidate is a dependable and compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. You will be an integral part of our clinical team, supporting providers in delivering excellent care to our patients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform phlebotomy and confidently start IVs as needed for treatments and procedures.
  • Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical histories.
  • Support providers with in-office procedures and examinations.
  • Administer medications and injections under provider direction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Prepare and stock exam rooms; manage supply inventory.
  • Provide patient education and follow-up instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and HIPAA regulations.


Qualifications:


  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in phlebotomy and IV starts is required.
  • Prior experience in outpatient or mental health settings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Schedule:


  • 32 to 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday (specific schedule to be determined).
  • No nights or weekends required.
