We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist or Psychologist to join our team as a full-time or part-time contractor. Job Overview:
As a Licensed Therapist or Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a variety of mental health concerns. You will create treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with other members of our team to ensure the best possible care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' individual goals
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address clients' mental health concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in the field of mental health therapy
Qualifications:
All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Texas:
Compensation: Up to $140,000/year depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
