Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• weeks paid training
• Must have your own vehicle to run service calls
• *Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers
• Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers
• Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
• Provide exceptional and timely customer service
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vans
