Role Overview
This is our first true sales leadership hire and one of the most important hires we will make. You will own the company revenue number end to end: the AE team, the BDR team, pipeline, forecast, comp design, and hiring. We have considerable inbound demand and you will be responsible for harnessing that and building a productive outbound motion that generates consistent new MRR. Your job is to supercharge the team and motion that works at the current team size and build one that will scale 10x from its current output.
You will be a player-coach. In your first 90 days you will be on demo calls, listening to Gong-style call reviews, tightening the funnel, and closing deals yourself before you scale headcount. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a dashboard.
