Compensation: Base + Commission (OTE $150k-200k+, uncapped upside)

Role Overview

We're seeking a GTM Engineer to build and optimize the systems that power our sales and marketing motion. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue ops, automating prospecting workflows, enriching lead data, building internal tools, and creating leverage for our AEs and BDRs.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automated outbound prospecting systems (Clay, Apollo, Instantly, custom scripts)
  • Enrich and score leads using APIs, web scraping, and third-party data providers
  • Create internal tools and dashboards to increase sales team productivity
  • Integrate and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) with marketing automation and data sources
  • Develop AI-powered workflows for personalized outreach at scale
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks across the GTM motion
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ship experiments fast
  • Own technical aspects of new channel launches (partnerships, paid, events)


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue ops, growth engineering, or similar technical GTM role
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and API integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sales automation tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and lead lifecycle
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; can build v1 of something from scratch
  • Metrics-obsessed and comfortable running A/B tests on outreach campaigns


Bonus Skills

  • Experience with restaurant tech, hospitality, or SMB sales motions
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-based personalization (GPT, Claude)
  • Prior startup experience (sub-50 person company)
  • Background in data engineering or analytics
