Role Overview

We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team. This role will focus on supporting restaurant operators using Loman AI, ensuring they have a seamless experience and quick resolution to issues. You'll be the first line of support for our customers, representing the Loman brand with professionalism, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.


Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to Loman AI customers via Slack, Zendesk, and email
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to the engineering team when needed
  • Guide customers through setup, configuration, and common workflow
  • Track, document, and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with product and engineering to improve the platform
  • Assist with onboarding new restaurant partners when required
  • Contribute to building out our knowledge base and support documentation

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service, technical support, or help desk experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Slack and Zendesk (or similar support tools)
  • Comfort with technology and troubleshooting software
  • Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, empathetic, and customer-first mindset

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in restaurant operations or restaurant technology
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Toast, Square, Clover, or Aloha
  • Prior SaaS support experience
