Loman is building the AI operating system for restaurants.
Our voice AI platform answers calls, takes orders, books reservations, handles FAQs, and integrates directly into restaurant operations 24/7. We’re growing fast and looking for a highly operational, AI-native Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO across every major function of the company.
This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.
This is a force multiplier role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, obsesses over execution, and can operate simultaneously across operations, recruiting, finance, payroll, field marketing, customer deployments, systems, and strategic initiatives.
You will sit at the center of the company and help scale Loman from startup velocity to category-defining company.
The Role
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive execution across the business.
One hour you may be redesigning operational workflows using AI agents. The next you may be managing payroll issues, launching a field marketing initiative, improving onboarding systems, helping close enterprise customers, standing up dashboards, coordinating recruiting pipelines, or fixing bottlenecks inside customer operations.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to become a founder, operator, or senior executive in the future.
You must be deeply operational, highly analytical, and extremely comfortable leveraging AI tools to increase speed and leverage across the company.
We are specifically looking for someone who is AI-native, not AI-curious.
What You’ll Own
Company Operations
- Drive cross-functional operational execution across the business
- Build and optimize systems, workflows, SOPs, and internal processes
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Run strategic initiatives directly for the CEO
- Help establish operating cadence, reporting, and KPI accountability
AI-Powered Internal Systems
- Implement AI workflows and automation across departments
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Perplexity, Notion AI, Zapier, and agentic workflows to improve productivity
- Design internal AI copilots and operational tooling
- Create scalable AI-driven systems for onboarding, support, recruiting, analytics, and internal operations
- Constantly identify opportunities to replace manual work with intelligent automation
Payroll & Business Administration
- Oversee payroll coordination and operational finance workflows
- Manage vendor relationships and operational tooling
- Support budgeting, expense management, and reporting
- Ensure operational accuracy and organizational rigor
Field Marketing & GTM Support
- Coordinate field marketing initiatives, conferences, restaurant events, and customer activations
- Help execute local market growth campaigns
- Support sales operations and customer onboarding initiatives
- Partner with GTM leadership to improve execution and visibility
Executive Operations
- Act as an extension of the CEO
- Help prioritize initiatives and manage company-wide follow-through
- Prepare materials, reporting, dashboards, and strategic analyses
- Coordinate leadership meetings and execution tracking
- Drive accountability across teams
What We’re Looking For
AI-Native Operator

Experience
- 5+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, startup operations, Chief of Staff, business operations, or high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience working inside fast-growing B2B SaaS startups strongly preferred
- Experience supporting executives or founders in high-velocity environments
- Strong operational and organizational leadership skills
- Experience owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
