We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologists (FT/PT) to join our team, focusing on early intervention home health programs. Our interventions emphasize the child's entire environment, fostering family/caregiver connections through relationship-based communication approaches.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication delays in children between the ages of 0 and 3 years.
  • Create and implement personalized therapy plans using a variety of play-based and multisensory techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to caregivers to encourage their active involvement in therapy sessions.
  • Identify and address family dynamics to promote effective communication and engagement.
  • Foster discovery, imagination, and neurodevelopment through experiential learning and play-based activities.
  • Assist families in implementing strategies to facilitate language acquisition.
  • Establish consistent and structured behavioral routines at home and in the community.
  • Incorporate kinesthetic activities and movements to engage the entire body in the learning process.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA certification is preferred.
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology is a plus.
  • Strong understanding and application of play-based therapy.
  • Pay incentives available for DIR-Floortime or Play Therapist certifications (not required).

Salary

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
