No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem! Are you an Experienced Licensed Insurance Agent? Amazing! Experienced applicants start with a $32,000 base or higher salary and top performers earned an additional $120,000+ in commission last year. $75,000 - $140,000+ is possible per year + BONUSES.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, texting, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Prior Sales Experience is required in another industry if not already licensed.
• Career minded vision.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial, but not required.
